From the good natured people organizing the shopping carts in the parking lot (shoutout to Jonathan!), to the awesome ladies at the pharmacy (shoutout to Trang!), and the cashiers that always help me out at self checkout when I’m trying to buy the stuff with clearance stickers or can’t figure out how to make a deal work on the app (shoutout to Han!). Unfortunately, I do most of my shopping at H-E-B because, as you may have guessed from my love of deals, it’s just got better prices for the same or maybe even higher quality.

It is always IMPECCABLY clean, the staff friendly, the specials are excellent, quality is on point, and the manager is not only approachable, professional, and friendly, but in my opinion is doing a stellar job. To add to it, the pharmacy team contributes GREATLY to the success of this store. Their friendliness and great attitudes make every interaction a sincere pleasure. We've been steady customers since January of 2025 and I believe this is a top stand-out operation of customer service in the entire Austin region that other chains should look to strive for. Thank you for such excellence.
