  Very disappointing. The tiramisu was $2.99, and although it was inexpensive, it had almost no flavor at all. The fruit tart, which cost a little over $3, was even worse. The crust was completely underbaked and tasted raw, making it practically inedible. I wasn’t expecting gourmet desserts, but I did expect them to be properly made. I would not buy either of these again.

  Customer service is AWFUL! I am very loyal to other grocery store chains in the area, but decided to run in for a few random items. Purchased one of their ready meal brisket enchilada meals. Started to eat the meal and discovered the enchiladas were brisket and chicken (mixed together). I called the store to notify them of the error (to hopefully not have anyone else experience this) and to ask for a refund as I do not eat chicken. It was not until my second call that someone answered the phone. I explained the situation and was told that I would need to return to the store for a refund. Returned to the store earlier today. Went to the Customer Service desk which was closed. Went to speak with one of the Cashiers and was told I would need to speak with the employee at the Customer Service Desk who had gone to the Gas Station. Decided to step aside and wait at the Service Desk for the employee to return. After waiting there for 15 minutes, (at this point there was someone else also waiting) she returned. I was not given a hello, a thanks for waiting or even a how can I help you? I explained the situation, showed her pictures and was eventually given the refund. I was informed "that if something like this happens again to bring the meal back, not just pictures and that she was making an exception for the refund as I did not have the meal with me." Other Customers have unfortunately been taking advantage of this, running into problems and saying they have disposed of the meals when in fact they have eaten them. I am sad to hear this is what is happening, but whether I ate the meal or not (which I assure you I did not), the meal title and ingredient list was incorrect and this was at no point my fault. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of apology for the error, acknowledgment for the inconvenience of my time or appreciation for my business was extremely disappointing. As mentioned, I did receive the refund for the meal, but the lack of customer service has left a lasting impression.

  High prices poor selection and produce was 3rd grade at best Very disappointing!!

  We are visiting from Corpus Christi and I had heard of Randalls and was excited to try their "fresh" foods that I had heard so much about. Severely disappointed in their fried chicken. It must have been sitting in the case all day. The pre-packaged Caesar was also on its last leg.

  Very concerning experience at Randalls around 7:35 am.I witnessed an employee in the meat and seafood department lift the display case glass and spray multi-surface cleaner while food was still exposed inside the case. The chemical mist was falling directly onto the meat and seafood products, creating a clear risk of chemical contamination. I reported it to the store director, who was professional and addressed the situation immediately. However, I hope all food in those cases was discarded, as products exposed to cleaning chemicals should not be sold to customers.pictures shows the multipurpose cleaner , and how it was used
