This store cancelled our online order without telling us. Apparently “they were out of 10 inch crusts, he had ‘like 30 orders’ and was the only one there, so he 86’d our pizzas. We waited and finally had to call the store over an hour later before they finally let us know we’d have to order from another store, or reorder something else, because they weren’t going to/couldn’t make ours and had moved on to other customers. I get that staffing and supply chain issues are probably above his pay grade and it isn’t his fault entirely, but letting customers go past their delivery time without telling them they aren’t getting food seems a fairly unreasonable way to run a franchise. Either be better at scheduling adequate staff or communication. We will definitely be using the store down the road from now on. Not that it’ll probably change anything, given a majority of the other reviews of this one.

Store closed before 1am. I was here 30 minutes before closing time and was not helped. Closed doors and lights off.

My husband and I love Papa John's pizza. We tried the pan pizza and I have to say we were very disappointed. We won't order that again we will stick with our normal thin crust

liza, your employee, is a very bad and disrespectful person. I delivered her food to her job yet she took her tip away because I was couple minutes late due to traffic and lights, something delivery drivers CAN'T control! She has a very nasty attitude! No customer service at all! I was a regular at this pizza place, now im never ordering food from this place ever again! Fix yourself liza before someone else does
