  liza, your employee, is a very bad and disrespectful person. I delivered her food to her job yet she took her tip away because I was couple minutes late due to traffic and lights, something delivery drivers CAN'T control! She has a very nasty attitude! No customer service at all! I was a regular at this pizza place, now im never ordering food from this place ever again! Fix yourself liza before someone else does

  Guy on phone had a thick accent I could barely understand what he was saying but he was trying to get me a good deal. He did.

  IMO breadsticks are a sham! The cheese ones are one ingredient(tomato sauce) short of literal pizza! The reg ones are just the dang crust. So I get excited when I see diff flavors. I got the Parmesan breadsticks with the hope that they would be diff or somewhat similar to little Cesar’s infamous ones, and they looked like crust with tinyyyy sprinkles(or someone forgot the ingredient and added last min) of Parmesan. Disappointing ;(

  A doordasher messed up my order a couple days ago, the manager said that I had a free pizza and when I called today about it, she said that they would send it to me and it would be about 45 minutes, I agreed and waited, I called them 2 hours later and I asked where my pizza was and she said she had to wait for the general manager to get there which would be another hour, so I said okay again and waited, it’s now been four hours and I still haven’t received my pizza

  I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent order placed today. The order was initially confirmed for delivery by 4:30 PM. When the promised delivery time passed without arrival, I contacted your establishment for an update. During my initial inquiry, I was informed that the order had reportedly been picked up by a driver, but the system had not been updated accordingly. I was then presented with the option to either cancel the order or have a fresh one prepared for delivery within approximately 15 minutes. I chose to proceed with the order, anticipating its prompt arrival. Regrettably, by approximately 6:00 PM, I observed via your mobile application that the order status had been changed to "cancelled." This unexpected cancellation prompted a second call to your store, where I spoke directly with the General Manager. The Manager explained that the store had been unable to secure a delivery driver or an Uber service for the past two hours, offering customer pickup as the only remaining alternative. This conflicting information and the subsequent revelation of driver unavailability, which was not communicated upfront, is highly concerning. To have waited for over two hours under the impression that my order was either en route or being re-prepared, only to discover it had been cancelled due to a persistent logistical issue, is unacceptable. The General Manager's comment, "I just got here," while perhaps intended to explain their limited immediate knowledge, did not mitigate my frustration regarding the overall handling of the situation. This entire experience highlights a significant breakdown in communication and operational efficiency, leading to a substantial inconvenience and a perception of dishonesty. I strongly urge a review of your customer communication protocols and staff training to ensure such misleading and frustrating situations are prevented in the future, fostering greater transparency and improved customer service.
