  "Quiero tomarme el tiempo para reconocer la excelente atención que recibí hoy en este McDonald's, específicamente por parte del señor jesus Muchas veces se piensa que el servicio de comida rápida es mecánico y frío, pero la experiencia de hoy demostró todo lo contrario gracias a su profesionalismo.

  I ordered a small caramel frappe, some small fries, and 10 piece nuggets. Most of it was alright but the nuggets were one of the worst nuggets I’ve ever eaten. I was really excited and having a great day, but that taste ruined it for me completely. They tasted like straight fish. I gave one to my friend and she said the same. Please check that, I don’t want fish nuggets, I want actual chicken nuggets.

  I really don’t get it. What’s the whole point of doing the online order when there’s 15 cars in line and you said that you were there and people are going way ahead of you I really don’t get it. Next time I’m not gonna move. I’m gonna stay out the window because I have been waiting forever and now the whole freaking line is clear like what is up with that. I am not moving anymore Blame me I am not happy and I will not be moving to spot anymore when they asked me to move to a spot and wait. I am very irritated.

  We ordered 2 value meals, a quarter pounder meal and 10-piece chicken nugget meal. We paid extra for Door Dash to deliver to us. McDonald's didn't give us the 10-piece chicken nuggets. We called McDonald's and 30 minutes later, still waiting for our food that we have paid for. Do not waste your money or time at this restaurant. McDonald's doesn't care about customer service anymore. Every other Fast Food restaurant delivers the food that we order and pay for.

  Never had an issue with this McDonald's up until lastnight. I placed my kids order online we went to pick it up, upon receiving our order I checked the bag assumed it was all in there not paying close enough attention. Good thing is I live right up the road so we get home I hand out the food to my children and then noticed my daughter was missing her burger. So I go back to get her burger and OMG this man gave me such a hard time at the drive through window just to get the burger they missed in my order. He just kept asking me the same questions over and over again about what I ordered, what time I ordered, about how long ago, the name, what was missing ect ect... When all they had to do was make a simple burger and move along. On top of that the lady who handed me the order to begin with was there at the window when this conflict was going on and I told the man and pointed her out letting him know she was the one who serviced me expecting her to confirm that yes I was just there not even 10 minutes ago, but no she just stayed back looking like she didn't know what was going on. I apologize if I seemed a little frustrated, I didn't yell or anything but was very annoyed and irritated. I was tired been at work all day was just trying to feed my children and go home, oh boy did he give me the run around!
