I ordered food and was handed french fries before waiting in a parking spot for 10 minutes. That's not how long it took them to get my food to me, that is how long it took me to realize I was going to be heading home with cold soggy fries When I went inside, there was no one at the counter. There was an older gentleman who looked like he was at the end of his patience 10 minutes ago and a family of five. After waiting a moment, the family looked to each other and silently agreed they had been waiting too long. I asked the other gentlemen how long they had been waiting, but he didn't know. I whistled loudly to the back several times before someone finally arrived and began to change the register... But then walked away, leaving all of the cash on the counter in front of customers? Long enough for both of us to realize how dumb that was, and enough time for me to comfortably take a photo without alerting anyone. After he returned and finished putting the money away, I told him what was wrong with my order. He took the bag of cold fries and brought the rest of my food a few moments later, leaving me to wait another 3-5 minutes on my fries. I won't be coming to this one again, and I will be alerting McDonald's corporate to the shameful display.
