  Know about the food because everyone was just standing around gabbing and nobody would take my order. When I first walked in, I couldn’t use the bathroom because there were three customers and three workers in there. Just keeping anybody from being able to use it. They were just gabbing. Then when I finally went back, they were still in there, but I went in anyway, but couldn’t wash my hands because the soap dispenser didn’t work. I then went up to the register and those ladies and a man and I believe when I was a manager, we’re just standing there at the cash registers gabbing and nobody would take my order so I left.

  I ordered curbside in the app, but once the app confirmed my order it changed automatically to drive thru pickup. Simple enough, but I get to the store and it changes again to counter pickup. Fine, I go inside to pickup and there's a group of 4 or 5 people in front of the counter holding a full conversation with the employee behind the counter. Not ordering food, not talking about anything but personal discussions in Spanish. I waited 7 minutes before they finally walked away from the counter. At that point another lady walked inside and straight passed me and to the counter. The employee got her order within 2-3 minutes of her walking in the door. I'm now 10 minutes waiting just to show her my order number to pickup my food. Now she walks off and doesn't come back for another 10 minutes, but proceeds to have personal conversations with her fellow employees and all 4 or 5 of them refuse to acknowledge I'm still waiting to be helped. Someone else finally came and glanced at my order and said it wasn't out yet. I placed this order before I left my house, went to the ATM first then went to pick it up. At this point it's 35 minutes after the order was placed and 20 minutes after I walked inside to pick it up and they haven't even appeared to start making it yet. 7 more minutes later, the food bags come out along with empty cups in a cup holder and this broad says to fill my own drinks. I didn't order a dine in, I ordered curbside pickup in the app ahead of time. I would have been better off going to the 620 location and ordering through the drive thru and would have made it home before this location ever even started making my order. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

  La atendcion al cliente en este Mcdonals es horrible. Tratan como si los clientes no pagaran por la comida. Y el area del parque huele muy mal.

  Old worn upholstery, floors not clean. Feels ragged and worn out. Breakfast food and coffee were ok. And they brought food to the table, which was nice.
