- KPK PAug 12, 20261.0I will start by saying this is a management issue not an employee issue. You NEED to train your staff better this is basic stuff.. Came in here waited to be checked out while the staff just continued their duties in the back. I asked for a pump of energy in my drink they were shocked to hear that I’m typing this while she’s trying to figure out how to give me a shot of energy. It’s now been 15 mins. Never coming here again.

I stated that it was my first time and Mau explained how many different teas there are. My daughter ordered a matcha, and wasn’t a fan. Mau noticed and offered to make her a new one with added flavor, which she loved! Such good customer service!! Highly recommend!!!
