The customer service I have received more than once has been outstanding. Rosa did a phenomenal job assisting me with my son’s rehearsal dinner! She gave me wonderful feedback and encouragement throughout the whole process not only for the rehearsal but also when I purchased flowers for the engagement last year. Her team was very helpful and supportive as we loaded up all the floral into our vehicle on our special day. Thank you kindly, Rosa and thank you HEB Bloom Department!! Amazing customer service and quality work!

My son was bagging our groceries and a rude female cut him off by completely stepping in front of him and reaching over and around to bag the groceries. I told her my son will bag the groceries it’s fine. She rudely stated my manager said to help. I then spoke to the manager and she come over arguing with an attitude! Pretty sure nothing will be done because they all hire people like this!

- BSBrian ScurlockMay 29, 20261.0Some of your young employees need retraining in manners and respect. My husband and I went to the self-checkout during a major lull. Only two people including us. The checkout likes to red screen you when you clear your two full bags get removed to make room for the rest of your groceries after you scan them. Asking for help shouldn't mean snide remarks from a snarky teen telling the two of us "this is ten items or less"; thank you captain obvious. If you're going to be persnickety, technically it's 10 Items or Fewer. I mean let's face it, you weren't there for crowd control. Just do your job, princess Yama and keep your mouth shut. Do better, HEB.
