Great store! Team is always friendly and helpful! Appreciate that it is not too big and not too small. The meat market has the best cut steaks and the pharmacy techs are always so kind!

Great HEB, but for some reason they didn’t give me my buddy bucks. Please fix.

HEB has gotten really bad about ringing up coupons. Even though I try to keep an eye on it, they miss $2 - 4 worth almost every time I go. The coupons through their app routinely do not ring up properly. Very disappointing.

Great store, great staff, however. Dogs. Not service animals but pets. Dogs in shopping carts, dogs unleashed, dogs carried in people’s arms. It’s unsanitary. I’ve addressed my concerns with HEB directly via email and they basically told me case closed. Less than one percent of people in America with disabilities have service animals.

Update: I called and spoke to a Customer Relations Representative. She was unable to locate the review 28 minutes after HEB responded. I waited 10 minutes on hold and then disconnected. Original: Stop by today for milk and a gas canister exchange. The brand new guy working in the 10 items or less area said he didn’t know how to do a gas exchange and said I needed to go to another cashier. Which I did without any issues. Got my milk paid for the gas exchange. On my way out I kindly suggested to him that he gets someone to train him. He immediately turned rude. Said I needed to tone it down (or something like that). I was not loud. I was not mean. I I really thought it was a helpful suggestion . After his rudeness, I went directly to Floor supervisor and reported the situation. I’m mostly documenting this be cause I’m sick of this H-E-B hiring rude employees with no customer service skills at this specific store. I don’t think this issue exists at other H-E-B’s I use . This is an example of someone that should not be working with customers. My behavior was completely normal. His inappropriate boldness of calling out customer The way he didis not acceptable. I don’t know what chip he had on his shoulder but taking it out on me was unacceptable. Your customers should never have to deal with employees like this. Leaders of this organization need to be a better job of selecting people with appropriate customer service skills. Rudeness and disrespecting customers from a brand new employee should not be tolerated at all by Leadership. Please don’t make your customers pay for your hiring mistakes. Someone needs to be accountable.
