- BSBrad StevensMay 10, 20262.0I navigated to the HEB store's website to send a private message, but there does not seem to be any obvious way of contacting the store, so I guess I'll just write a review. I shopped here this morning and it was quite an unpleasant experience. As soon as I walked in the front door, I had an employee barking at me about specials. Then I stopped at a display of desserts and had the same employee come running over to me to bark some more. I don't enjoy being repeatedly barked at like I am some sort of cash machine. Anyway, I was there to buy a chuck roast for Sunday dinner. I selected one and checked out. When I got home, I unwrapped it and flipped it over and the entire back side of the chuck roast was entirely covered with a thick fat. Of the 3 pounds, there had to be a pound of fat on it. I immediately returned it to the store and to their credit they accepted the return, hence the 2 stars. But the entire experience was a total waste of my time. We've shopped at this store since moving into the neighborhood in 2001. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The bathrooms need a serious upgrade in everything and the floor was black around the commode bases. Ick. But the people that worked there were amazingly courteous and friendly. The store did not have any weird smells. It smelled clean.

- DSDaniel SoteloMar 15, 20261.0Bought 3 pounds of crawfish and a couple of sausages. I regret! no flavor (seasoning) boiled only, I have to melt butter with garlic with a lot of salt at home to add flavor then it taste better but still need some more seasoning.
