  Today I visited this location for my regular shopping and had a very frustrating experience at checkout. While waiting in line, I noticed that the cashier, Eufemia K., was scanning the previous customers' items and tossing them as if she were upset. ​When it was my turn, she did the exact same thing. She showed absolutely no care for the more delicate items (like avocados and bananas), handling them very roughly. Furthermore, when I handed her my coupons, she told me one didn't apply to the promotion and tossed it back at me with a frankly rude attitude and unacceptable body language, all while I was bagging my own groceries. ​I can be empathetic and understand that everyone can have a bad day, but her attitude was completely unacceptable and far below the high standard of customer service we usually receive at H-E-B. ​To try to resolve the coupon issue and report the situation, I approached a Shift Leader. Unfortunately, when I explained the cashier's behavior, he also seemed annoyed and defensive. I asked to speak with a Manager, but he told me there wasn't one available at the moment. ​Given the lack of professionalism from both employees, I decided to leave the conversation there and have already contacted the corporate customer service line directly. ​I hope store management pays attention to these details and provides a better response, as the customer service I received today does not reflect the standards this store is known for.

  This HEB is older, but for Pflugerville, I still very much prefer it. It's large, has everything, and they restock constantly. The employees are well trained, and the service is always good even though they get very busy.

  A great Walmart alternative with lots of ready-made, fresh food/meal options if you're on the go or stuck at a hotel for business, travel like me. Huge grocery selection as well at competitive prices.

  Coming from the UK I could spend hours walking round supermarkets in other countries. This was out first shop this trip just to get some supplied for the road and back at the AirBnB. Managed to get a good parking space close enough, trolley did have a super annoying rattle but the excitement of being on holiday suppressed it. We managed to grab all the bits we needed and got some treats too on some good deals. Staff were friendly helping us with some bits we needed. Would definitely go back to this store.

  Ayer tuve mi peor experiencia de mi vida Y voy a poner esto aquí porq fue horrible y pudo vernos enfermado a mi y a toda mi familia. Compré unas costillas de cerdo de las q vienen prensadas y miro q dentro tenía una bolsa q al pinchar con el cuchillo salió un líquido amarillo viscoso fue terrible el ver esto . Me devuelvo a heb y hablé con una encargada que amablemente me pidió disculpa y dijo sentir la situación sin embargo no basta , luego de un rembolso les pedí q por favor sacaran toda esa carne porq jamás había visto cosa igual y atentaba gravemente contra la salud de las personas . No me deja publicar la foto “ valla pero espero sean conciente de este ma manejo de calidad .
