- JLJ LOct 9, 20261.0Got gift card scammed. I purchased a gift card, but it had already been used by someone else other than me. I went to customer service with the receipt and the gift card (it seemed like a pin number was covered with glue) but got treated like I was a gift card scammer. More than $80 was wasted and the employees at the customer center were disrespectful. I suspect there might be more gift cards damaged before someone purchases them, but the employees don't care. Be aware. Too bad I can’t give a 0 star review.

- SBSabrina BarksdaleOct 3, 20265.0H-E-B is known for incredible customer service, but Erica from Curbside truly went above and beyond for me today. 💖 I currently have the flu and had placed a curbside order that included medicine. When I called because it had accidentally been left out, I realized during our conversation that I had actually ordered the wrong medicine and needed something different. Erica was so patient and sweet about the entire situation and immediately helped me switch it for what I actually needed. When I returned to pick it up, Erica came walking out with a bouquet of flowers and simply said, “I’m sorry you’re sick. These are for you.” 🥹💐 I immediately started crying as soon as she walked away. She had no idea that flowers mean so much to me or that the bouquet she chose happened to include some of my favorites. But more than the flowers themselves, it was knowing that she took the time to do something so thoughtful for a complete stranger. Erica could have simply corrected my order and sent me on my way, and I would have been grateful. Instead, she chose to make someone’s day a little brighter just because she could. I really hope H-E-B recognizes her for the kind of person and employee she is. That level of compassion can’t be taught, and it deserves to be celebrated. Thank you, Erica. Your kindness meant more to me than you know. This world needs more Ericas. 💖🌻🌹
- AAAlexandriaSep 30, 20265.0Clean store, friendly staff. I travel from Hutto to use this curbside because they’re the best location I’ve used (out of over a dozen) produce is always good, dates are always fresh, items are never damaged and I don’t have 50 bags with a single item in them.
