She asked Christian at the front and was rude and disrespectful. SAYING IF YOU TALK ENGLISH WHY ARE YOU TALKING TO ME IN SPANISH AND REFUSED TO HELP MY MOTHER. THE MANAGER ALSO DIDNT DO ANYTHING AND WAS LAUGHING WITH HIM AFTER TALKING TO MY MOTHER !

But today tops everything, she threw the receipt at me and just went on the the next customer. I have been shopping at HEB for 25+ years and I have never once experienced customer service like that. I am genuinely disappointed in my experience especially when I could just drive down the street to the next HEB.
- JRJohn RenteriaJul 31, 20262.0Yesterday while shopping here, our cashier Lyra picked up our box of donuts, couldn't find the barcode, then flipped the box causing all the fresh donuts to SMEAR all over the clear lid covering. After seeing this my wife said "could we please have a new one" Lyra scoffed and said "they are still edible". Then proceeded to ask the bagger to get a new box. As we were waiting off to the side for the fresh box of donuts to arrive - I witnessed Lyra do the SAME THING to the next customer, but this time is was a slice of cake. I left a review about gen Z generation rolling eyes and acting like all my groceries are so hard to scan.. this is the SAME individual that makes rude faces and noises. SOMEONE needs to talk to her or I'll be forced to pull a manager in store and show this review.
