  The food was good as always. The store is in a bad need of a remodel, the flooring is damaged, the tables wobble.

  My family visited on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't too busy, which was great. I had checked ahead of time to see if they had a gluten-free pizza option and thought I saw somewhere that there was a cauliflower crust pizza. But nope, they had no GF options other than salad, so I just ate that after paying the full buffet price. I guess I can understand why they wouldn't have a GF option; probably nobody would ever eat it. The games are outrageously expensive, and in many cases, we won tickets and they didn't get put on the card. We played 8 games, won over 100, and only had 40 tickets on the card. There was a good selection of games though and most of them were working. The place was clean and the staff were friendly.

  Place was cleaned. Food was good. Only thing they were several flies in the salad bar. Cottage cheese, chocolate pudding etc

  Been coming here a long time, unfortunately it keeps going downhill. Aging games. Machines that don’t work and worst of all, nobody holds any patrons to commonly held good behavior. Now half of the kids theater room was “claimed” by folks for birthdays. When we had our son’s bday here we paid hundreds of dollars for a room and had 2 hours. These folks just camped all day for free. Staff totally ignored it. We finally found seats to eat and watched so many others unable to find seating because of this behavior. Just shitty behavior that Gatti leadership should be correcting. Now more and more folks will just slap a cheap plastic table cloth on tables and take seating from good folks while others continue to also pay hundreds for a party room. Leadership needs to get this under control, but for us, this was likely our last visit.

  It's about what you would expect for a Gattitown. Floors are a bit sticky but prices are decent and arcade has an okay amount of games to choose from. I can't necessarily recommend it over any other arcade, so the buffet really helps out. They usually have a fun movie playing in the theater room.
