    I love my local Dutch Bros. They're friendly, fun, and helpful. My car broke down in the drive thru line and they brought extra drinks to my kids while we fixed my car. ❤️

    1 star because I got food positioning from here. The cleanliness went down hill. Girl at the window was playing with a towel then she used it to wipe the sides of our drinks. We had terrible diarrhea afterwards. This is the only thing I had that day. Typically I get Golden Eagle or Annihilator iced drinks. This time I tried the Cocomo and he got the Cookie Mocha. Terrible mistake to do those sugar free. Usually I LOVE Dutch bros. But I can not trust a place that got me terribly sick. Please be more vigilant about cleanliness.

    Looked like 7+ ppl roaming around inside working, maybe 4 cars in the drive thru at 2 pm, and a simple iced mocha took a minimum of 9 minutes to get made for a walk up customer. Not sure what the delay was, but yikes... There was one customer ahead of me, and two afterwards. The saving grace - was really good coffee - as expected, but seriously was wondering if you were growing the beans.

    I just tried this Dutch today and it was good, but there were no straws???? They offered me a boba straw but i don’t need a humongous straw to drink my coffee out of!! how can a coffee shop be out of straws????
