    I usually love Dutch Bros, but my experience at this location today was unacceptable. I placed an order ahead online to save time, yet when I arrived, I still had to wait in the drive-thru for 5 to 10 minutes even though there was only one car ahead of me and at least three employees working. To make matters worse, instead of prioritizing orders and getting customers taken care of quickly, the staff spent their time casually discussing their paychecks at the window. The young lady at the window even asked if we needed straws for our blended drinks, which should be common sense. On top of the slow service and lack of professionalism, my order was overcharged: * I was charged for the freeze-dried Stardust topping, even though it is advertised as free. * I paid extra for mixed fruit topping on a large drink and barely got a splash of it. Management needs to properly train younger staff on basic customer service, attention to detail, and professional workplace conduct before letting them manage customer interactions. I will not be returning to this location.

    I ordered my usual drink at the drive-thru and went to pick it up. When I tasted it, it was bitter and I believe it was made incorrectly. Either the coffee was made with the wrong brew or the milk was forgotten. I wasn’t upset, but I decided to go back and ask if they could remake it. They did with no issue, and it tasted fine. However, I overheard a girl with strawberry blonde hair loudly talking badly about me in the background, claiming that she didn’t make it incorrectly. I’m not mad, but just confused as to why she got personally offended. I was respectful and was never angry, I just asked if they could remake it since it didn’t taste as it usually did. I’ve been a very regular customer at this specific Dutch Bros since it opened years ago and have never had an issue. But this incident has made me hesitant to return back. I wish people would be more kind 🙁

    I love Dutch Brothers! Great people, great, consistent coffee, iced lattes are my favorite. My grandson and I love the cake pops, egg sandwich, and chocolate chip muffin top. I've only gone through the drive thru though so don't know about inside.

    Love this place the drink always hits the spot and taste and consistency is spot on. Aside from a great overall product their people make the difference because they are always courteous and professional. I highly recommend them over all the others coffee shops.

    I had a very unwelcoming visit at this dutch bros Yesterday Night. I pulled up around 10ish to be greeted with the barista mocking me and letting me know they closed soon i think i heard her name to be Delaney, she said i could only get one drink when i wanted three. I was very sadden by this experience especially cause i work in the service industry and understand how hard it is to get orders close to closing so i was gonna leave a good tip.
