- DWDillin Wright2 days ago1.0Staff completely ignored me at the register. I stood there for 10 minutes before finally just ordering through the mobile app because they continued to ignore me at the register. Finally waiting and waiting and waiting and at this point now there are other 10 DoorDash drivers just standing there waiting for orders. Staff seemed indifferent and didn’t care. When I finally did get my food over 30 minutes after I was at this location the iced coffee was absolutely terrible and the food was already cold.

Ended up throwing it out won’t be back.

Then when I requested a receipt, the guy got mad and said he had thrown it in the trash and couldn't retrieve it. I then asked him to reprint it by looking at the order number. He got super rude and had a lot of attitude. Customer service aside, why do they hire people who are not equipped with the right mindset?

Today was one of those days. The staff was welcoming, professional, and treated me with a level of courtesy that has become increasingly rare. The donuts were fresh, delicious, and prepared with care, but what stood out most was the service. In a time when many people are quick to complain, I believe great experiences deserve recognition too. Thank you for turning an ordinary afternoon into a genuinely positive memory. Keep doing what you’re doing—it makes a difference. That one has enough dramatic flair to stand out while still sounding sincere and credible. 🥲😊

That was well over 20 minutes ago yet the guy was too busy on his phone to notice the mobile orders; You’re being paid to work, NOT to play on your phone🤬 Then after ,he made the order he makes the drink wrong🙃 0 stars for overall service 0 stars for the employee who needs to be retrained in professionalism (“yo bro, i gotchu” isn’t the way you handle customers sir) and to ACTUALLY work(no , playing on your phone and ignoring the customer is not working🙄.) Employees like that are going to drag down this location.
