  I am a frequent customer at this location because I genuinely enjoy the quality of your products. If that weren’t the case, I would have stopped coming a long time ago. However, there is one issue that I can no longer overlook: the customer service. This is not about a single bad experience. Unfortunately, on nearly every visit, the service has been disappointing, and instead of improving, it often seems to get worse. The lack of friendliness, the indifferent attitude, and the feeling that serving customers is viewed as an inconvenience have become the norm. After so many visits, my impression is that this is not the result of one employee having a bad day, but rather a customer service culture that has become accepted at this location. That is truly unfortunate because your products are good and have the potential to build loyal customers, yet the overall experience is consistently overshadowed by poor service. I am sharing this feedback because I believe the company deserves to know what is happening at this location. I sincerely hope appropriate action is taken to improve the customer service, because a great product alone is not enough when the customer experience is consistently negative. I would appreciate it if this feedback were taken seriously and the quality of service at this location were reviewed to ensure that other customers do not have the same experience.

  The staff at this location is one of the nicest!! I don't have names of all the employees who have shown excellent customer service, but I would like to call out this location overall!! We have been to a few of DQ locations, but no one beats this place in my opinion when it comes to customer service!!

  Ordered through Uber Eats and they messed the order all up and claimed it wasn’t their fault. Burger was very dry and no seasoning, gave me cheese when I asked for no cheese and also ordered Jalitos on the side and never git them and they claimed I never ordered them. I will never come/order from here ever again!

  Although this Dairy Queen was incredibly busy, the employees were pleasant, and their service was lightning quick! All our items were the proper temperature and delicious! I had the Cookie Dough Blizzard; the cookie chunks were really good! I had to subtract one star here because the place was a bit untidy (mainly the floor), but it wasn't terrible. Good outing overall!
