  Customer service is terrible here! I would rather drive 30 mins on the other side of town than eat here again. Food tasted old and like it had been sitting for a long time. Reluctantly, we ordered ice cream for me and my family afterwards hoping it would be better. We had waiting 20 mins for 3 ice creams. We nicely went up to the counter to ask if the ice creams would be coming out soon and was met with a rude employee that all they said was “I’ll get to it.” They very easily could’ve just said “I’m currently working on a few other things I’ll bring it out when it’s ready” something a long the lines of that. From the moment we walked into this DQ to when we left was a horrible experience. I never write reviews, this is how bad this location is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  Tried to redeem my free mini blizzard from T-mobile, but the person at the counter said they don't participate in that deal. Lame. Guess I'll go to Andy's.

  Horrible customer service!! The manager needs to be replaced and someone needs to be hired that knows how to run a business. Although you have the mobile app for that location you cannot receive any points because they don't have a system to scan your points at time of purchase. In addition, when questioned they simply don't care and don't have any time to respond to questions. I highly recommend the Hutto location or the other DQ on 620 in Round Rock.

  we had ice cream cones and the ice cream was way too fluffy/ airy no taste. So disappointed. the overrun is too high, you will have this texture. This often means that a clamp or seal needs to be tightened or the machine needs to be adjusted. The store should be testing overrun on their machines at least once per day
