  Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. One guy running the entire line AND the register, and he was absolutely nasty the whole time. I asked for a side of rice and a side of chicken, and he snapped back with 'Can I just put it in a bowl?' I told him I wanted them in the containers meant for sides. He got visibly irritated that I asked him to put a SIDE in a SIDE container. Like, actually irritated at me for ordering food the way it's meant to be ordered. Then I asked if I could scan my rewards QR code, and he literally barked 'WAIT!' at me like I was bothering him. Aggressive for no reason. He then tried to charge me $11 for a side of rice and a side of chicken. I politely told him sides aren't the same price as a bowl. Instead of just fixing it, he got irritated AGAIN and stomped off to complain to his manager that I was hassling him over the price. All because I wanted to be charged correctly. This guy should not be working with customers. Avoid this location unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience for ordering food.

  The food was ok. Steak was full of gristle! Employees were not happy to be there and it showed! Chipotle is usually a nice place to eat. This was not a good experience.

  My kids came in around 9:45 on 9/11, just before they closed, and they refused to give my boys tortillas because he had just cleaned the machine. My boys asked a couple of times; at first, they thought he was kidding, and then he tried to intimidate them, which was completely uncalled for. This needs to be handled properly and quickly. I'll call when they open tomorrow.

  I order a chicken bowl and the sever gave me less food . I went back in line and watch her make 3 more bowls for the people in front of me , they all got the normal serving size I usually get . I address my concerns to the server and she said sorry I was just in the groove earlier wasn’t pay attention . It’s happens .. I told her no worries I won’t be back.

  Very bad energy in the building. I don't know why the attendant was being combative towards my party of 4 near the closing shift smh. We paid nearly 80 dollars stale chips and mediocre service. Do better, this is not the economy to be doing this in. Anna soured the experience for all of us. There was a nice fellow with curly hair who tried to calm her but she was insistent on being really rude. She overcharged my sister, was rude to my partner about brown rice and it's availability. I work in customer service in management and was blown away by the lack of hospitality. I absolutely would NOT recommend this place to anyone with a semblance of self respect.
