Really good Indian restaurant in Round Rock.
With a weird twist, you scan, order and pay on the phone. The waitress just brings the food out, so there's no real human interaction.
But the food is REALLY good! Will definitely come back.

Was excited to try this place but a bit disappointed. We ordered the Amritsari Kulcha, chicken butter masala and garlic naan. Chole with kulcha is good, Kulcha itself and Naan are pretty good. Felt the butter masala is watered down, was expecting it to be thicker. Taste is fine though. For the prices i was expecting someone to atleast take the order and not order from qr code. Also wanted to note, they have mouth freshener in an enclosed glass container, however there is no spoon to serve, when asked they just said there is no spoon and we just serve like that. 🤦♂️

This was my go to spot! I would still be a regular if I didn't move away.
The food was always great and the chicken was always cooked well. So many other Indian restaurants give you chewy or overcooked and dry chicken because the curry will balance the dryness. This place was the exception. They always gave good pieces of chicken that were well cooked and juicy.
I think over the years, I've ordered here 25+ times and had maybe 1 bad experience. That's a pretty good track record.

Amazing food. 5/5
After a long time I had such flavorful butter chicken 🍗.
*Butter chicken With Garlic naan, chili garlic naan - perfect.
*Kulcha + choley = so good. Must try 💜
*Fish fry- fresh, simple & tasty. Could be crunchier.
Will come back again.

Okay, I can truthfully say we enjoyed eating at AustIndia. We're from Seattle and have a couple favorite Indian places and this restaurant just joined the list for when we're here visiting.
Arrived a little after 2 PM for a late lunch and the place was empty besides a family sitting on the outdoor patio and two food pickup guys. Place is clean, with fresh decor, nice looking bar area, and smelled absolutely inviting / promising. Service was prompt and the menu varied with lots of options. We ordered Butter Chicken, Tikka Tandoori Chicken, two orders of plain naan, and a single Coke. My measuring stick for Indian is if an Indian restaurants can't make a good Butter Chicken, something is wrong.
Well, this place delivered on the Butter Chicken challenge! Both meals looked beautiful and both were spot on delicious. Afterwards I even got a, "I'd eat here again..." from the wife.
Only knocks, and these are minor but worth mentioning: portion sizes were smaller than we're used to in Seattle, naan was a little thin (bordered on crispy), and initial offering / amount of rice was blown through fairly quick (asked for more and got without any issue).
If you're looking for good Indian food - NO! VERY! GOOD! Indian food- this is the place! Order to go or come in and really enjoy a great dining experience all around (food / ambiance)!
Bill was $43, with tip $51... Worth it!
