Delicious. I ordered a seven-brew energy drink with green apple, caramel, and breve—a satisfying fall choice. They added the ideal amount of caramel, which defines the drink. Most places skimp on caramel, but these people achieved the exact balance.

The workers we not interested in providing an inviting service. The young lady who handed me my drinks was sitting on her phone the entire time, didn’t make any conversation, did not say a single word to me just handed me my drinks. The other two female workers who were standing right by were having a conversation about one of the ladies’s girlfriend. I understand that employees enjoy to have fun at work, but I think at least saying hello thank you and have a nice day is reasonable but I did not get a single word. The manor location is always very welcoming and friendly. I might have to continue going to that one even though it’s a little farther away. I also told the worker that my drink was wrong last time and part of me expected them to replace it for free. I told them I didn’t have time last time to come back, but all I was told was try it before you leave to make sure it’s right by the person who took my order.

Gabby is a very patient young lady. She and I have built a solid rapport in the few times I've come in to get an iced americano... I don't know how she does it! She truly cares about the people she interacts with, and if that doesn't define true customer service, I don't know what does.

The drinks are just very customizable sugar slop, if that is what you are into. The people are always sweet, but CHILDREN'S COFFEES??? Really ruined this place for me because what do you mean they sell children's coffees??? And the knock off needoh debacle... this place is a capitalistic blight. Not to mention the muffin tops are not very good. Go to a local neighborhood place coffee shop.

This is my go to seven brew I would love to get off work and stop for my morning coffee it has been like 4 times in a row where I get my coffee and it’s really watered down I loved seven brew because you can taste the strong brew of the coffee but lately I haven’t been getting that strong coffee flavor barely any coffee. Also my coffee orders haven’t been accurate the last couple of times I can’t taste the flavor that my coffee is supposed to be. the syrup flavor is barely there . The excitement of my morning coffee is gone my whole coffee experience has been ruined to the point where I’m just making my stuff at home .
