  I often go for my lunch break, NEVER had an issue. The Mgr Patricia was very nice & even suggested I started earning pts with my orders.

  This is my go to pizza place in Iowa Colony! Never get let down! Shoutout to Patricia for the customer service and always getting my order right!

  Patricia, the GM, was incredibly rude to me for no reason. I called to inform them about the pizza. I've had issues with her in the past, but it's been a while since my run with her. Today was terrible. I didn't ask for anything, only to advise her of the sour taste of the pizza, but she told me I needed to return the product to get my money back. I didn't ask for a refund or credit; she just assumed I was looking for something free. I spent $23, and it's not about the money; I wanted her to check if they used the original sauce or if it was expired because it tasted sour. She made me so angry that I hung up to call the complaint line. When I called back for her manager's information, Patricia hung up on me. I've never been treated so disrespectfully. She's been working there a while, and this isn't the first time she's been rude. Even her coworkers talk about her behavior. I won't spend another dime at this location; if I want it, Until they get rid of her I'll go elsewhere. Just and update I just dropped off the sour pizza at 3:40p andI also recorded when I advised her again please DO NOT refund me ANYTHING because again I NEVER ASKED FOR MONEY BAK IR CREDIT. I’ll stick with Domino’s where me and mine are valued and appreciated.
