The Employee who closed out my transaction decided to give himself a $2 tip although the tip on the paper receipt stated $0. I received this notification that my amount had been updated on my CashApp card. When I called to speak to the manager of the store Joshua, he refunded to $2 but had little to say about the character of employees working in the store and the mere fact that they committed theft, regardless if it was only $2. It was still not theirs to help themselves to it. If I find the number to the corporate office I will be reporting this situation. I advise only paying for your pizza in cash from this location as you can't trust the people handling your credit card transactions to.be honest.

Said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got to the store 20 minutes later and I have been sitting in the store waiting for twenty minutes.

Unfortunately this location doesn’t know how to make pizza. Our stuffed crust was barely cooked through and hardly any toppings!! Very disappointing.

“It is SO bad, I want to give it a 0, but that’s not possible, so I give it a one” - Tyra The employee’s attitude and lack of etiquette is quite shocking, will not be returning 🫪

Waited 10 mins at the drive thru window until finally 2 workers showed up to the window area but were chatting until finally one of them approached me and with no apology for the long wait… ask me the name of the order and gave me the pizzas, no thank you or any type of attention to reversing the bad presentation of service.
