  Rude manager. They forgot some items on my order had to walk in there only to her throwing the food in the bag. They need to hire new personnel.

  Waited for 1 hour in drive through to receive my order, had to go inside and still not ready asked for a refund and only received partly refund.. had to ask again for full refund and wait for another 10-15 minutes for them to come and give me the full refund.

  Sat in the drive through for 40 minutes. Lines so long. No food. Finally had to ask for a refund. They were still taking orders instead of stopping when they couldn't see the ones they had. Awful experience. I'm also not pulling up anymore after this experience. Get your orders complete on time. I'm pretty sure they were all high. The guy that kept coming to the window couldn't even remember what we were there for so we had to show him our receipt. Awful. The manager seemed out of it as well.

  The customer service is awful. We have had an issue so many times and its like they don't care. I only spend $30 every time I go so I guess loosing my business isn't a big deal to them. So now I go to the new one off hwy 6 by Manvel High School.

  I went through the drive through I told the lady at the window my chip does not work, she kept trying it, i told her again, she got an attitude and tried to explain to me about my card which i have had for years, i asked for a manager, the told me to pull up, she came to the window, smirking, you can not be in manager if you have a bad attitude
