  ONE STAR FOR THE TEAM. The other two stars are for the general manager, Mr. Manuel. He’s really great! However his team is lacking! My husband and I stop here occasionally for the Strawberry Watermelon refresher, as it’s a favorite of mine. Each time we come, or I ask my husband to grab one for me, they never fill the drink up or give more than 3 strawberries. Anytime I go to another McDonald’s, like the one near the Manvel HEB, I don’t have this problem! Please stop holding back on giving your customers what they ask for. All I want is a FULL cup of my drink, with the strawberries it comes with. It’s disappointing to have to constantly repeat this, as if someone in the kitchen thinks these products belong to them, additionally it makes me want to stop coming to this location, no matter how convenient. I’ll be reaching out to the manager about this. If this doesn’t stop, I’ll just stop patronizing this location.

  Placed my order curbside , arrived and input my spot number. I waited 10 min and heard someone yelling at me from the drive through window. I pulled up and was yelled at by the woman working the drive thru window that there was no curbside pick up due to the light rain we were experiencing. I told her the app allowed me to order curbside and stated there was another car in curbside waiting. She then yelled at me that if I wanted my food I had to get off or go through the drive thru. I went back through the drive thru and spent another 10 minutes waiting. I am told to drive up to the second window where I the wait another 5 minutes until the woman that yelled at me before opens the window and says oh you. She then gives me my order. I pull away and check the order and I am missing my hashbrown. I have to then get off in the rain and go inside to ask for it. She says in Spanish to another woman to go deal with me. I then wait another 5 minutes and receive my hashbrown. In total it took 40 minutes since I got to the curbside spot to get my order. I had to go and wait in drive through and still had to get off of my car. Horrible service, horrible personnel and cold food.

  Best McDonald’s around my house . Super friendly workers and quick , orders always correct .

  This McDonalds is becoming very disappointing the taste and the way they put the food together. They gave me only 1 pickle on my burger and it was the smallest.

  I’m visiting from out of town and have visited this location twice. I will NEVER come here again. Both times that I have come here my orders were incorrect and the workers have bad attitudes. The manager is the most polite and respectful person and he deserves an entire new crew.
