  EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER A FROZEN DRINK FROM THIS LOCATION SPECIFICALLY IT COMES MELTED. Every single time!!!! I never have this issue at any other location. And it’s not just me, my family members have all had the same issue to where they just stopped coming here. I tried to give them another chance today after having not gone to this location for months and nope, lg frozen drink not frozen at all. Save your money and time and go to a different one.

  When I'm out on the road and get thirsty, I'm always down for a cherry lemonade drink. I just love that drink.

  Cashier was undertrained and had no ideal what she was doing! I ordered a $7 meal. When I got to the window she said $8.12. I asked the young lady what was the extra charge. She claimed that the taxes was $1.12. I informed her that taxes should have been only around.58 cents! She then said I don’t know I just work here. Then she kept looking up at the screen and replied that I was being charged 50 cents extra for mustard! I told her that’s unheard of. She then said let me get my manager. The manager then says that the 50 cent extra fee was for the limeade. I said fine. Then she attempts to give me $1.00 change when I gave her a $10 bill. She said do you really want the rest of your change, which was .88 cents. I yes I want my change. I told her if you don’t give back the correct change to customers that her drawer would be off at the end of the night. She said it’s okay. So she comes back and gives me .50 cents and says this is all I have do you really want the rest! SMH I said yes I would like all my change. She then gives me .22 cents, even though she owed me .38 cents! I just took it. Lol Then when I get home I take a drink of my limeade and it was disgusting! It tasted like pure lime juice! Couldn’t taste the Sprite at all! She clearly needs better training before putting her to work.

  You can tell they don’t clean their ice machine at this sonic, their ice tastes off . The other location off of Jackson Street in Richmond , TX is better
