  The wait here is just pure ridiculousness. I waited five minutes just for someone to tell me to wait another five minutes. And this was just a pickup in order that was already placed online.

  Horrible service. Long wait times with 2 people in a stall. Very disappointed. This location SUCKS !!!!!

  To preface, I ordered through Uber Eats. My fries and my husband’s tots were borderline cold upon arrival. Our burgers were warm, not hot so didn’t seem freshly made. I live 4 minutes from this location, so they should’ve still been hot. I ordered a large fry that I paid extra for on my order and received a medium. Drinks for the combos were supposed to have LIGHT ice, and they had either extra ice or the regular amount. Not too sure, but either way that wasn’t correct. Still tasty nonetheless. I’m thankful they put napkins and ketchup in the bag. Sometimes places don’t do that so it’s nice when they do. Been coming to this location for years, sad to say the service and quality has been going down the last few times I’ve been. Hopefully they’ll go back to having fantastic service.

  Service has gotten worse in this location, we went over the weekend to get our kids a kids meal 1 hour before closing time and they kept declining our calls at the window, no answer what so ever and we waited for a bit to give them a chance and nothing, we had to leave to another location instead. We also called them days later to ask a question and some girl just answered started laughing and hung up. Pathetic place and management!
