  Service was fast. Ordered a shake and received it in about 5 minutes. The shake was tasty.

  Worst sonic experience ever. They charged me for extra drink and when I asked for a refund they stated I've already paid and they couldn't and wouldn't refund, even though I never ordered the item.

  I didn’t get any names however I want to preface this by saying one young man that was there was really nice he was the one bringing us our orders. This happened at 4:46 on Sunday Jun 21st. The lady that was taking orders was beyond rude and should not be working in customer service it looks like she is probably the one that several bad reviews are about so I’m not sure why she is still working here. We ordered two blue coconut cream slushes and she misheard and gave us two blue coconut regular slushes. Easy fix right? Wrong. We push the button to get it corrected and are met with a snippy “I didn’t charge you for cream slushes” no apology or anything then she immediately got off the speaker without fixing anything we were willing to pay an up charge. We pressed the button yet again and got a rude he’s coming out there (I felt sorry that this guy had to work with someone like that). He understood what was going on and got it taken care of but that First Lady was horrible.

  I wish if I could give them 0 stars, please don’t visit this horrible restaurant if you like your money and time… I was going to pickup an order but they were rude and told me that we don’t have the order, I called the costumer and he was also disappointed and couldn’t believe that. Waste of time please don’t visit this place. Thanks
