- SKSummer K4 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience with the Pizza Hut in Rosenberg. I clearly called the Rosenberg location around 3:33 PM using the exact phone number listed online to place my order. About 30 minutes later, someone called me saying my order was delivered to Needville and then. After that, they claimed I placed the order in Needville, which makes no sense because I specifically called the Rosenberg store directly. When I called back to figure out what was going on, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping solve the issue or trying to understand the confusion, she acted like it was my fault and spoke to me with attitude the entire time. A manager should know how to handle customer concerns respectfully and professionally, not argue with customers or make them feel disrespected. Very poor customer service and terrible communication. This situation could have easily been handled better if the staff actually cared about helping customers instead of being rude and dismissive.

The tall overweight old white gentleman yelled at me and was seriously tearing out his eyes because i asked for a bag so rain doesnt get in the food (it was thunderstorming outside and i was literally delivering it for them and was asked to leave it on someone’s doorway). He also threw the receipt out without even asking me. The customer also complained the pizza tasted old and was burnt. The fact that an employee like this got hired here and gave a horrible quality order speaks volumes of this pizza hut store. Look elsewhere.. Domino’s and Peppironi’s is always a better experience & lower pricing.
