  I was a little disappointed first I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in a long time so I go decide I want a Big Mac I was told they didn’t have them because they were out of the buns so I have my sons order I need to call home to see what my honey want instead so he asked for the quarter pounder we all order the meal except for my husband 15 minutes go by 4-6 uber delivery drivers come in and go and I ask i’ve been waiting here for a while. These guys come in after me they get their food and leave and they tell me they’re still waiting on a burger nope something not right McDonald’s you’re losing me again and then they forgot all our fries almost 50 bucks. It’s crazy.

  Excellent Customer Service! A employee name Daisy is a shining example of professionalism with a personality that brightens up your day like a 5-star review in human form. She was fast and friendly she was extremely helpful and had the patience of saint dealing with customers.

  Young man at the counter was fast and friendly! Fries weren't fresh but life happens. And our nuggets were cold.. Id have asked for different ones if I had time. Maybe another day it will be better. But, it's a fast food place, what do you expect?

  On Saturday, April 11th at 8:15 am, I placed an order at McDonald’s located at 3417 1st St, Rosenberg, TX 77471. While waiting on my order, I observed the McDonald’s employee hand the vehicle in front of me the incorrect receipt. The customer gave the incorrect receipt back and was provided the correct receipt. The vehicle in front of me then pulled to the 2nd window in the drive thru and was handed a brown paper bag of food. The customer took the brown paper bag of food with their hands and placed it in their vehicle. A few seconds later, I observed the brown paper bag getting handed bag to the employee. The vehicle in front of me received a different bag of food and left. I pulled up to the 2nd window to get my order and the employee,Chris, attempted to give me the same brown bag he gave the previous customer. I asked the employee, Chris, if that the same bag handed to the previous customer. The employee, Chris, said yes. I told Chris that I could not accept the food after it was touched by someone else. The employee attempted to say the customer didn’t touch food. However, the food had to be touched in order for the customer to figure out their order was incorrect. I told Chris that I could not accept food that was touched by someone else. When I asked for the food to be remade, the employee got upset and closed the window in my face. In accordance to page 60 in the Texas Department of State Health services guidelines, section 228.70 (d) this is a clear and direct violation. This is very evident that this is cross contamination. It is also very evident that the employees and management either don’t understand what cross contamination is or they don’t care.
