The taste of the chicken here is 100% spot on and very unique compared to other places. However, there are a handful of issues that I cannot overlook. There is too much inconsistency with the menu and it feels like they opened too soon. The inside menus show bone-in options with no tenders available the first time I visited the other week, but the outside ones last night showed only tenders and no bone-in options. I have to walk in and see if the inside menus are still the same as the photos I shared, but my wife was really looking forward to the bone-in options and was disappointed when we got there. The next few issues just piled on. It is rather unfortunate that we can’t choose the spice level of the sandwiches but we can with the tenders. Maybe there’s a process I don’t understand, but other places do it just fine. While the flavor is great, the breading/fry on the chicken was very damp and soggy. I live literally 3 minutes away, so it’s not a freshness issue. You order fried chicken for the crunch. There is a real opportunity to be better than places like Dave’s if the chicken was fried a little better/more consistently. The breading was sliding right off the tenders and the sandwich. The last meaningful one is I should be able to upgrade my combo soda to a dirty soda for an additional charge. You’re forcing people to buy an entree, fries and drink separately for what exactly? I don’t personally think that’s a good business model. The people were very nice and I want this business to thrive. I won’t give up on this place because I do love the flavor. I just hope they are able to nail down the details as they gain more experience. I’ll be back in a few weeks to see if it was just a couple of off nights.

I’m not sure where all of the positive reviews are coming from??? We just tried this place and let’s say first impressions are still very important. When we walked into the building it was hot. I’m not sure if the AC was working or not. Next, the way the tables are set makes it hard to move around especially if or when it gets busy. Next, the menu is kinda hard to navigate because it’s so busy. Too many options in my opinion. You can see into the back of the kitchen where the food is made and it looks unkept. Not pleasant to look at. As for the chicken as mentioned by others, it’s juicy but it has a greasy texture. The breading comes right off of the chicken tender. None of us ate the fries because we are not fans of breaded seasoned fries. We ordered 3 of the 3-strip meals and one kids’ tender meal and it came out to be $60.00. Not worth it in my opinion.
The food was great, taste, quality and hygiene. My only concern is the price $15 for a sandwich? Too much for me, and it was a simple chicken sandwich nothing too crazy or extra going with it. I would visit more often if the prices were justified. Just 2 single items costed me over $35 which was a little too much for such simple food. Other than the service was outstanding, cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

Today was my 1st time trying this restaurant. As I was attempting to order the guy taking our order was extremely rude. Some of the things he said to my husband, kids, and myself:" I will ask you the questions, you answer" ( as I was trying to ask him about the flavors). He also said, "you need to hurry up because I have other customer (as we were trying to decide on the flavors we wanted.) I finally had enough when he motioned for us to hurry. We have never been there before and Instead of making us feel welcomed and explaining the product, he hurried us along and made it known to all he was hurrying us along. I then told him to cancel the order. His response, "We've already dropped the chicken." Well you wanted us to hurry so this is the quickest way for us to get out of your hair. I don't spend money where I am not welcomed. We left and went to Top Sushi which is in the same strip. The sushi and rice was phenomenal. The customer service at Top Sushi- top notch.

At first, I was so excited when I first seen them built ithe restaurant I was like yay the menu look good. I cannot wait to tell my family once they open up. I make sure I order my food. The chicken was OK but it was fresh french fries good the people was nice until the young man kept on lying about putting sauce in my bag never gave me my fork so I had to drive back twice. Macaroni and cheese was cold and nasty watery in the drive-through. Window The young man was there. I was like the macaroni cheese cold so the old man with the white hair got in the window. He was like he’s gonna make you a new one I was like no I want my refund. Then he started getting a bad attitude, shouting at me taking up for the boy every time very unprofessional disgusting attitude. They are very rude in America. The girl in the background was Laughing, likely going to report the restaurant. The man kept on getting attitude with me, made me distress. he didn’t want to give my refund at first. He was acting like I was his woman or something. It was very weird. They take forever They slow when it comes to making your food. I told my Twin Brother about the restaurant my mom, my brother Brother. And this the thanks I get laughing, making fun of customers I don’t recommend this place anymore be careful at that restaurant at night time They get real angry and weird when you ask for a refund I went during the daytime. It was good The lady was very nice. The guys are mean evil the young lady with the black hair. She was mugging me like she wanna fight or poisoning my food God don’t play behind me, especially I’m a loyal customer. Goodbye.
