Got a 24 oz to share with the bf, and it was plenty given how sweet it was. For less than $7, reasonably priced. Drive-thru was busy, but the wait wasn't terrible.

Mind you there were only 4 cars ahead of mine. We even pre-ordered drinks. Once getting to the window they were so melted they might as well have not been blended. I love dutch bros and used to come multiple times a week, but the wait times are way too long especially for the amount of money you spend on a drink. Super sad. Maybe Starbucks can do better?

The service is always spectacular, and every member of the staff is friendly, energetic, and genuinely cares about their customers. One thing that really stands out is that Dutch Bros has team members who leave for college and then come back to work here. That says a lot about the company's culture and business model—people actually want to return. It's a great sign that they value and take care of their employees. Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
