    I showed up in the drive thru early on 8/29/26 with 5 family members. Adrian was the only employee there alone holding everything down! He was very nice and professional and must I say the best Dutch Bros coffee we have ever had! This young man deserves a raise or a better promotion!

    Horrible service. Today (08-21-2026) Took over 30 minutes to get my drink but I had to leave before get them cause of work. There were more than 10 people waiting at the window and a long line to the drive thru. It’s unreal put a mobile order and wait more 30 minutes to get your drink. Very disappointed

    yeah absolutely atrocious i asked for an extra thick blended rebel and it was all melted i’ve never been to a dutch bros where they messed up this bad im usually pretty forgiving but when it’s not busy and still mess up this bad yeah it’s ridiculous

    I always come to this dutchbros and everyone who works there is usually really sweet, but i went with my boyfriend to order today and the guy that was taking our order outside in the drive through had a very condescending attitude towards me, it kind of made me want to think twice about coming back, and I hope no one has to deal with an experience like that again.
