  Food is really good and prices are reasonable. I like the menu that your are able to eat healthier. Managed terrible. Staff is not friendly and tables and floor stay dirty. I asked employee, who cleans tables and dining? They just responded, why? Its a fairly new location and have eaten here quite a few times but it is getting worse. I dont feel comfortable eating in an area that is not kept up and seeing employees stand around and do nothing. I see the bussiness slowing down with customers and I work at a near by bussiness with 142 employess. My customers and employees have the same perception. The other location in Rosenberg has same problem and wont eat at that location. Easy problem to correct. I visit Subway on 36 and its clean, quick and great food. Mcdonalds franchise in Rosenberg is not healthy but that location is kept clean. The last 3 visits at Chipotle were all the same. Dirty tables that looked like customers cleaned, food on floor and drink station not kept up.

  I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the experience keeps getting worse. Today I arrived about 3 hours before closing and they were already out of cheese and corn for the rest of the day. Chicken and fajita veggies had a 30-minute wait, and rice wasn’t expected for another 25 minutes. This is now the third time I’ve come here and run into the same issues. At some point, this stops being bad luck and starts looking like poor planning. Whether it’s understaffing or inventory management, something needs to change. The most telling part is that when I leave and drive to another Chipotle, I end up seeing many of the same customers who gave up waiting at this location. Hopefully management takes notice because this is becoming a recurring problem.

  The food here is amazing and the customer service and expertise by Refugio was amazing! This is far and beyond the best chipotle I’ve been to. The restaurant is clean, supplies are stocked, staff is helpful, and knowledgeable. Ask for Refugio! You won’t be disappointed

  I had the worst costumer service at this location on 4/1/26 They had no guacamole at all at 7 pm and the employee was very rude and sarcastic about it and when i asked if they had avocado he continued to be rude. But how does a Mexican restaurant run out of Guacamole? At least another employee gave me extra queso at no charge

  Food was good but they were out of guacamole and chips. The real issue I have is the cleanness of the restaurant. There were over 5 people there but the place looked horrible. The tray they put our food on was dirty, the tables were dirty, the stations were dirty. If there is 5 people on staff why is the place so dirty. They just sitting around and no guacamole being made, tables being cleaned or stations being wiped down. Someone needs to inspect this place. For the price of what it cost I had to eat the food but I was getting grossed out when I looked around.
