I got a "welcoming" reward of chips and guacamole. I ordered a bowl to go with the barbacoa as well as the free chips and guacamole. Price was about $12. Which I thought was kinda high for just a bowl and no drink and free chips. Two girls were working the register, one was training the other. They didn't say much, just gave me the total. I got to my car and headed home, of course, I opened the bag to munch a few chips on my drive. O M G.... stale stale stale chips!! I was so disappointed (but thankful I didn't pay for them!) Got home and was eating my bowl and thought I'd try a couple more chips (thinking maybe i had gotton a couple bad chips). Yep... nope.. stale. I took the whole bag of chips out to my trash can! 🤢 I MIGHT give this location another chance but it will be awhile or I'll drive farther to another location.

Not counting the little portions they serve and they look at you like if they put more it’s wrong, same location where I found big pieces of onion but anyways I also wanted to redeem my birthday guac and they didn’t let me bc I had to purchase something? When clearly on the code said it was free? Just avoidable stuff but we are the costumers and we are the ones who deserve better.
- CLCamilo LascanoAug 5, 20261.0I came in around 9:20 PM. They close at 11:00 PM, yet the only meats they could offer were barbacoa and carnitas. Are you seriously telling me you ran out of almost everything TWO HOURS before closing? No lettuce. No rice. Barely any ingredients. Either this location has terrible production planning or the staff simply doesn’t want to serve customers before closing. The burrito looked absolutely disgusting. It honestly looked like someone got drunk and threw up into a tortilla. There was no care, no presentation, and no pride in what they served. Customer service was just as bad. Nobody seemed interested in helping or even pretending they cared. As an Assistant Kitchen Manager myself, I can see mistake after mistake happening here—from poor prep and inventory management to a complete lack of hospitality and accountability. Management needs to step in, retrain the staff, or hire people who actually want to do their jobs. If this is the experience customers keep getting, don’t expect people to come back. This location is losing money because of its own employees.
