  Walked in between 5:30-6pm and it was surprisingly not busy. I greeted the 1st server (2 bowls) and right off the bad he was dry, short and snippy. I tried being upbeat to maybe change the mood but to no avail. The portion he gave me for the chicken was very little so I purchased extra which wasn’t much more. The next server proceeded to only provide a little mild salsa, very little corn, prompting me to ask twice for each extra add on. The service felt like they didn’t want to be there. The cashier was professional and I had no issue with her. After I walked away, the 1st 2 servers started talking and laughing with each other. At least they seemed to find some type of joy while at work.

  Avoid this location like the plague. Picked up food and wasn’t provided a drink cup as a part of the kids meal, which initially I let go. Only to come home, which is a 15 minute drive, to food that is cold and not even correctly made. They missed all of the protein on the kids meal, on top of not also providing the drink. After making the trek back, the manager refused to provide any credit, apologize, or even offer to make it again, until I had to say that this is unacceptable and I deserve what I paid for. Only for the manager to make the item again and yet again forget to provide me the drink cup that was initially missed as well. After all of that, not a single apology was provided. The reviews for this location hold true! If I could give negative stars I would!

  I arrived at approximately 10:15 PM, even though the restaurant does not close until 11:00 PM. From the moment I walked in, it was obvious that the staff was focused on closing rather than serving customers. The first thing I was told was, "Everything you see on the line is what we got." (See attached photos.) I originally wanted to order a bowl with Honey Chicken and Steak, but neither protein was available. Considering there were still 45 minutes until closing, it was disappointing that multiple menu items were already unavailable. I reluctantly decided to order a plain chicken kids meal. Since I had never ordered one before, I asked what sides were included and was told I could choose rice and beans, which I accepted. I then asked for lettuce and tomatoes for the tacos, but I was told I would be charged extra. Meanwhile, when my husband ordered a bowl, staff suggested they could take toppings from his meal to give to mine instead. At that point, it was frustrating that the discussion had become about charging for basic toppings while the restaurant was already missing several protein options. The situation escalated when I decided I no longer wanted the kids meal. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, multiple employees became argumentative. One employee told me, "If you don't like what we have here, I know another Chipotle right down the road, that has everything." Even after I asked one employee to stop speaking to me because the conversation was becoming heated, she continued confronting me. I felt as though I was being verbally attacked by three employees, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I then asked for the employee's name, but she refused to provide it. I asked to speak with the manager on duty and was told, "She's right in front of you." When I asked the manager for the employee's name, she also refused. I then asked the manager for her own name, and she refused to identify herself as well. This experience was unacceptable. I understand that restaurants can run low on ingredients near closing time, but customers should still be treated with professionalism and respect. Running out of multiple menu items is one issue; becoming argumentative with customers, refusing to de-escalate the situation, and refusing to identify yourselves when asked is another. I left feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and disappointed by the complete lack of customer service and accountability. I hope Chipotle addresses both the operational issues at this location and the conduct of the staff, as no customer should be treated this way.

  I am beyond disgusted by this order. I got almost halfway through my meal before finding a dead creature in my food. This is completely unacceptable and honestly made me sick to my stomach. I'm extremely disappointed and hope this is taken seriously so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Unfortunately calling the store number takes you to an automated system and you can never get to the store directly to speak to anyone. Hopefully the manager can see this now.
