The driver (in a Nissan SUV) was tailgating other vehicles and repeatedly swerving in and out of lanes, which was unsafe and made for an uncomfortable driving experience. Please consider providing additional driver-safety training to help ensure delivery drivers are operating vehicles responsibly and safely on the road.

Lately, I have to check my bags before driving away every single time because more than half the time an item is missing—sometimes an entire meal I paid for. When you look at how much staff is standing around doing nothing, it is clear that these missing items aren't just an accident; it is a direct result of a total lack of focus and professionalism. For a brand built on fast, accurate service, this is completely unacceptable.

I was at the window in the second lane and watched as the woman in the red car next to me received an order and handed it to her daughter. The daughter apparently noticed something was wrong with the order, because they started taking everything out of the bag and opening the containers. The woman then pulled forward and parked, got out of the car, and brought the food back inside. I watched as the employee emptied the bag and then brought that same food over to me. I told him that I had just watched the customer go through the food and that he had touched the items before bringing them to me. His response was a chuckle and, “Do you want me to remake it?” My husband and I obviously said yes. We were asked to pull forward, and when the replacement order was brought out, it honestly looked like the only thing changed was the fries. This was extremely frustrating. I have no idea where the other customer’s hands had been, and I certainly don’t know why food that had already been handled and opened was given to another customer. If the order was accidentally given to the wrong car, that’s understandable—mistakes happen. But once that food had been opened and handled by another customer, it should never have been passed along to someone else. I expect better from Chick-fil-A, especially when it comes to basic food safety and customer service. I hope management addresses this so it doesn’t happen to another customer.
