  The food is always good, however they are supposed to be 24 hrs, I came a midnight through the drive thru, waited a few minutes and said “hello?” When no one answered for 5 mins I drive up and the lady says “oh it’s just me so we are closed. Then I come today and this is literally the 3rd time they weren’t doing any shakes, 2 of those times were uber and they could only replace a 6 dollar shake for a 2 dollar drink. Please hire more people who are willing to do there job and who know how to work a shake machine.

  We used Whataburger Rockwall for our middle school event and we could not have had a better experience! Tyrah and Sammy were the best to work with and made sure we had everything we needed the day of the event! Would highly recommend!!

  The absolute worst whataburger I've ever been to. This is the 2nd time now within a week that I've waited and left without food because no one could take my order. Either im completely ignored or no one responds at the drive thru speaker. This place is a joke and a waste of time.

  I refuse to come here because they can’t do something simple like removing onions on my burger out of the past 6 times I’ve came here, listen to the customer stop smoking and getting high before work people. Awful service please do something.

  ***Revised. Whoever the manager is yelling at everyone a complaining and having a terrible attitude needs to be fired. 11am Friday May 15th. **> kitchen is disgusting, whole place is out of whack. I should have gotten a picture of everything. The cooking oil was absolutely disgusting This restaurant is abnormally dirty. Most Whataburgers are for the most part clean. This location shows a lot of grease on the walls in dining area, grease all over the kitchen areas, bathroom was not clean and had no paper towels. Food was overly greasy. The hashbrown's were just crunchy grease, no potato inside.. I think this is an easy problem to fix if you had the right employees and managers. The whole staff was pretty much goofing around and not doing anything productive. Proper leadership can easily fix these issues. I won't be back to this location. Overall rating 5/10. At least the staff was friendly.
