  Awful business. I ordered smoothies mothers day at around 6pm with enough time to drive there and get them before they closed at 9pm. I showed up at 6:50 to a closed business and nothing on the door. Tried to call thinking it may forward to a message saying they were closed, nothing. Called back the next day, Monday, and requested a refund. The lady I spoke to said she would pass the message along to her manager as they couldn't issue the refund themselves and the manager would have to, and to call back in an hour or so. Fast forward an hour or so. I call back and ask for an update and I said "Hey if it's easier and less of a headache I can just take the order instead of the refund, which was then passed off to the shift lead that day who was rude, defensive, and standoffish with me. She said the manager "read" the message so there was nothing she can do now because its up to him. After explaining that I'm not going to take the word of not 1... not 2.... but 3 strangers that a refund will be issued she then stated with attitude they can call the manager right now but I may have to wait on the phone if he doesn't answer, lucky for them I've got time to wait. She got back on the phone and said the manager is issuing the refund now. Fast forward to today, a week later. No refund. Went up to the location today and the staff agreed to finally make the smoothies that we never received over a week ago. Totally different folks than whom I dealt with last week. Moral of the story, don't take their word for anything and they'll happily take your money and make you jump through hoops to get it back. The manager intentionally does not issue the refunds and waits for customers to give up and quit trying. Shady business practices and we will never be back to this establishment and will make sure that all of our family and friends are aware of how this business operates so they can avoid it- much like how the manager and staff avoided giving us a refund, our drinks, or a basic level of common courtesy. Also to add, there have been several occasions where we have gone to pick up our online order and have been completely ignored for extended periods of time, despite our drinks being visibly ready. We do online orders to save time because like most people, we are busy. The staff here is inconsiderate and honestly this place would be better off being shut down.

  Don’t waste your time going to this cafe. They will let you know they won’t be making food due to understaffing issues. Have been to this location multiple times and told similar things to avoid doing their job. I doubt the owner of the business knows this is happening

  I came into the store there were no customers and 3 employees. No one said a thing. I stood there for about 4 minutes everyone saw me and nobody said anything but they talked amongst each other. Mind you there was only 2 cars in the drive thru and no one in the inside. Rude store horrible customer service.

  The absolute worst customer service. The driver thru girl was sweet. The Acai bowl was completely frozen and couldn't even put a spoon in it. She was so rude about it. Would not make a fresh one we asked for just a smoothie then and she did do that but was not nice or happy about it. This is the worst Tropical Smoothie DO NOT GO.

  I really like this spot! Smoothies and snacks are good! However, I’m disappointed that last night I craved it and showed up before 8:30 and was told they’re no longer serving food. Another girl brought my smoothies and I asked what time the kitchen closed and she responded “about 8:45.. did you want to order something?”.. it was 8:38 when I looked at the clock after she answered.. so I said “well it’s 8:38 and she said yall aren’t serving food” and she didn’t know how to react or respond. I understand closing kitchen about 10-15 early, but 30?! So my money went elsewhere for food.
