They appear to be oblivious to customers who are simply walking and searching for food items. Instead of engaging in conversation or offering assistance, they remain silent and unresponsive.

I had ordered a decorated cake for my birthday, and this is what I received. Besides the fact it wasn't decorated at all, it doesn't even look nice. I had also asked for no buttercream and they still put buttercream in the middle. My boyfriend had picked it up for me, but otherwise I wouldn't have even paid for it. Definitely sad before I've had such good cakes from here in the past but I think I'll be going to HEB from now on

The price on the shelf certainly did not match what I had to pay at the checkout. At the self it was around $20.00. I was charged $30.30. I felt taken advantage of and your store misleads customers. I will not be back. I can get the same wine at HEB for $19.00. I cannot afford to shop at your and will tell my friends about being robbed at Tom Thumb. George Yarian
