  Like I was going to be cool about this until I called the store trying to resolve the problem but after Kylie one of yall team members directly lying about a manager not being able to speak to me is RIDICULOUS….. please never answer the phone again and give phone to your manager cause this mess is unacceptable don’t worry I will be back to get my money and food.

  If there was a negative rating it would be minus 1000 stars. I was I. There this morning with my small children when the manager got in a screaming cussing match with an employee calling him derogatory names a little bitc@ amount a lot of other names and fuc@ you to this young man. His name is Giovanni, and if he was representing my company, he would be fired immediately for that and provisional include behavior in the public, and he would not represent my company, and if I was that young man’s guardian, I would press charges against him for the verbal abuse that he was subjected to. This is totally unacceptable in my opinion. I will never spend one single penny of my money in this establishment nor will my family and friends. He needs to be fired immediately

  The staff is great, they are friendly and fast. The food is good, well done and they're good about following customization requests. I've never had an issue with my order at this location. It's best to order ahead with the app, you get discounts on some items and it's usually ready when you arrive or after a very short wait.

  Poor service has become so common that too many of us just accept it. Fast food chains short our orders, get them wrong, and when we politely point it out, we're often met with an attitude instead of a simple, "I'm sorry. Let me fix that." We need to stop accepting it. Leave honest reviews. Tell the company what happened. Management can't fix what they don't know about, and enough customer feedback gets attention. Better training, better leadership, and better pay can all be part of the solution—but staying silent guarantees nothing changes. Every dollar we spend is a vote. My family is choosing to spend our money where we're treated with respect. This restaurant has lost our business because good service still matters.
