  Poor service has become so common that too many of us just accept it. Fast food chains short our orders, get them wrong, and when we politely point it out, we're often met with an attitude instead of a simple, "I'm sorry. Let me fix that." We need to stop accepting it. Leave honest reviews. Tell the company what happened. Management can't fix what they don't know about, and enough customer feedback gets attention. Better training, better leadership, and better pay can all be part of the solution—but staying silent guarantees nothing changes. Every dollar we spend is a vote. My family is choosing to spend our money where we're treated with respect. This restaurant has lost our business because good service still matters.

  Place an order for easy ice in my drinks, constantly get heavy amounts of ice. Today I watched the kid fill the cup all the way up with ice, then pour the drink. I ask him if they are both easy ice and not heavy, lies right to my face and says they are both easy ice.

  It's hard to find a place that provides both great customer service and great food these days, but you'll find both at the Sonic in Fate, TX! I was greeted by two beautiful souls, Yovani and Atrina, who made my visit such a pleasant experience. Their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitudes truly stood out. Thank you both for reminding me that exceptional customer service still exists. If you're in the area, stop by the Sonic in Fate, TX—you won't be disappointed!

  No one is there at 6am most days, when I stop on the way to work. Almost always missing 1-2 items from my larger orders
