  Pamela truly did a phenomenal job. Made it a great birthday for me and my friends and bought our stuff out promptly. Excellent service we’re coming back especially for the cheesecake and the carrot cake!!!

  Everything was good but when we ordered a drink off of the alcohol menu it said" a cut above 0 proof" leading you to believe it was a light alcohol drink when there wasn't any, so don't make the same mistake as we did it was called FREE SPIRITED PG MARTINI.

  Last night was the 3rd time I’ve tried this location and it didn’t fail. Steak was way over cooked and took way too long to get service. I will not be returning again. Go to Texas Roadhouse you will get a better steak cooked right and for a better price. Hands down roadhouse is better

  Very Disappointing Experience I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Saltgrass. I ordered to-go, but the online ordering system wasn’t working, so I had to call in my order. Clayton, who took my order, later had to call me back because he had forgotten to get part of the order. When I arrived, I waited 28 minutes and my food still wasn’t ready. I finally asked to speak with the manager and requested that my order be canceled. To my surprise, I was then told that they hadn’t even started my order yet. What made this even more frustrating was that the restaurant wasn’t even close to being busy — it was less than half full. I completely understand that restaurants can get busy and that mistakes happen, but this was a lack of communication, organization, and customer service. If my order hadn’t even been started after I had already waited 28 minutes, someone should have communicated that with me. Very disappointing experience, especially from a restaurant I expected much better from

  Great food! I ordered a seafood appetizer, potato soup, chicken, and a bread and butter and they were delicious! One comment though is that the service is pretty bad and took almost an hr for my order which I understand but I’ve ordered these before and only take 30 mins max. Also the potato soup was extremely disappointing and tasted nothing like it had before and it was kinda cold. I expected much more from Saltgrass and I don’t think I will continue to be a regular customer if they don’t fix this. Do better Saltgrass.
