  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION OR ANY OF THE ROCKWALL LOCATIONS. Sadly, I usually pick up from this store, but this time I was sick and had to have it delivered. I waited an hour for my pizza to be delivered. I called and was hung up on. I spoke with Jennifer and Ashley, and they both hung up on me. Keep in mind that these two are the “managers.” And don’t get me started on the Rusk location. Both locations went back and forth about who had my pizza, as did customer service. I will NEVER order Pizza Hut again.

  Delivery driver drove up smoking a black and mild in the car right next to the food I ordered for my family. Then he gets out and is puffing the smoke in my face as he hands me the pizza. I emailed the store via pizza hut customer service and they never responded so now I am here to let everyone know this place doesn't enforce there own code. No response, no refund, nothing. Absolutely disgusting. Should have said something in person but you don't know how people respond these days to criticism. See below from Pizza hut. Pizza Hut strictly prohibits delivery drivers from smoking or vaping in their vehicles while transporting orders. This policy is designed to prevent smoke odors from contaminating the food and to maintain a professional standard for customers. Key Details of the PolicyContamination Risk: Cardboard pizza boxes are porous and will quickly absorb smoke, causing the food and the inside of the box to reek of cigarettes or other substances. Customer Complaints: Deliveries that arrive smelling of smoke often result in customer complaints, refunds, and disciplinary action or termination for the driver. Vehicle Odor: Drivers are expected to maintain an odor-free vehicle environment at all times while on the clock.
