Friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience!!!! Also want to shout out Harlie she really listened to our suggestions and was excited about us giving feedback. Maybe you should put her as a Manager so maybe you will get more customers to come back!..... Food was okay, really expected better. Still love the queso still thank goodness and of course the tortillas. . ......But on the other hand with this Manager 👇 During my conversation with the new manager Duane about the previous recipes, he was abrupt and lacked a customer-service mindset. A more respectful and professional approach is expected.”

Southwest chicken tacos are my go to and they changed them so I was really nervous lol, but they kept the heart of the dish and just elevated it even more! It seems like thats what they have done with the whole menu is just elevated everything. It's still OTB just a little bit better. And this particular location never misses. We've been coming here since we moved to heath 4 years ago and the food quality is always on point all of the staff are polite and smiling and the wait staff are top notch. IMO On The Border just got a new lease on life! Can't wait to try that green chili burger!

I'm the bad note the queso tasted like straight up onion. My husband's beef on his fajitas were chewy and very salty. And they changed the salsa again. I thought on the borders original and the first change of salsa was really good better than this one. I asked for a peachy King beverage from the bar. But they did not have Peach crown on hand to serve it. 😏
