  This McDonald’s has, by far, the rudest employees I’ve ever dealt with. I tried ordering a #7 meal and asked to swap the included drink for water from the fountain/sink water. Instead, they told me they had to charge me for a sweet tea to “make it go through the system,” which made no sense considering water already comes with the meal. If they had politely explained the situation, that would’ve been one thing. Instead, the employee became argumentative, repeatedly emphasizing that the drink “comes with the meal” while still trying to upcharge us for water. Then another employee jumped on the speaker asking if this was “our first time at McDonald’s.” Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. At that point, I told my husband to just drive away because I’m not comfortable eating food from a place where the employees are openly rude and hostile to customers. I’ve been going to McDonald’s for over 20 years and have never experienced so much trouble ordering water with my meal or employees this difficult or disrespectful.

  They are young kids working there. The just are still figuring out their personalities. Nothing bad, just trying to get everyone their orders so they can have free time to chat!!!

  I placed an order through the McDonald’s app and selected delivery, as I am currently dealing with stage 4 cancer and needed the added convenience. The order was marked as “delivered,” but I never received it. I had specifically requested that the order be handed to me to prevent this exact situation. When I called the restaurant for assistance, the employee who answered told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact DoorDash—even though I placed the order directly through the McDonald app. When I asked to speak to a manager or for a corporate contact number, I was told that information was “private,” and the employee hung up on me. I then went to the store in person to resolve the issue, as I had spent over $30 to feed my household. When I explained the situation, the same employee dismissed me, repeated that nothing could be done, and laughed at me. I was also told there was no manager or supervisor available, which I find extremely concerning. Avoid this location at all cost, immature and ignorant people work here and will do nothing to resolve an issue they could have easily resolved.

  Review From my 1st experience at Mooyah. Advertised and quick and convenient. Order online and pick up fast. Sat in drive thru for 15-20 min. Pulled out an went in. Stood waiting to be helped for 5-10 min. When waited on asked for the manager who just said they were understaffed and the company refused to staff up because labor was too high. Will NEVER go back. Appears issues were not the employees or manages fault - it’s the upper managements/companies fault… simply profits over people. Employees were actually very nice. Also the handrails at the Rockwall location kills doors. Needs moved back so people can get out of cars. Likely a code violation?

  Stood there almost 10 minutes before they even took my order for a cup of coffee, and after another almost 10 minutes it wasn't right. Service is bad .
