  It seems every time we try to give this place another chance they screw up more each time. Customer service is awful and not friendly at all. They always act like customer is an inconvenience. A couple weeks ago I paid with cash and was owed .82 change and the employee had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my change because they were out. Umm yes, you short yourself not the customer. The hours are awful, why does a coffee/tea place open at 8am on Saturdays… and 7am during week, most people are work before you open. Visited today 05/09/2026 and it will be absolute last as this is when it was very rudely brought to my attention they don’t open til 8 on Saturdays (I arrived at 745) the employee which I assume is owner was incredibly rude and bothered that he even had customers. We will take our business elsewhere, plenty of options.

  The staff at HTeaO Rockwall is always kind and helpful. They always make sure my quirky orders are perfect! I’m so glad to have a location in our area! It truly is my favorite weekend stop. I just need one on the south side!

  Love coming in to this store! It’s always tidy and fully stocked. The staff is friendly and the variety in products is awesome! Iced strawberry matcha and the sweet teas are my favorite.

  Love HTeao & the fact that this location is consistently serving with a grateful handoff & the taste is never lackluster! HTeao day is my favorite day of the week!
