That kind of dedication and customer service is rare these days. The staff was incredibly friendly, positive, and handled the situation with professionalism and a great attitude. I truly appreciate the extra effort they put in—definitely earned a loyal customer!

Without going too deep, the employee with the green hair was rude, she didn't acknowledge my presence, and I had to ask for my own food that was sitting out of my reach. When I asked, she seemed like it was an inconvenience to give me the food and drinks I paid for. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe Dunkin made a bad hire. If I have to stop by again, I hope for a better outcome.
