  Came in tonite and got less than half of the meat than we normally get. Had to ask them for more of rice, beans and it was still less than normal. I had to ask them for more meat and was told that I could only have it for one of them. I said that if it was for only one of them, then I was gonna leave without getting anything. The food was extremely salty not sure exactly what it was maybe the rice. Drinks were all out nobody in the back was refilling them. All the tables were dirty. The floors were dirty and nobody clean them. All the employees were in the back yelling and screaming nobody in the front. It will probably be a while before I try to come back and hopefully they make some changes.

  The customer service was great but the place wasn't clean we had to clean our own table to be seated to have our dinner.

  Poor customer service in the evenings. Too many food mix ups. Frequently receive incorrect food orders. The last straw was the hard uncooked rice.

  Why have the option to order online if you are not going to put our order in the togo shelf.... And how many times can your employee walk past us before acknowledging that we are waiting for an order

  I came in a hour and 1/2 before closing to get some food after work and I asked for a steak burrito I asked for fresh steak due to the steak was supper dry and obviously has been out for a very long time Sebastian then tells me that “the grill is shut down so we cannot make anything fresh”. I told him I do not want the steak then and then he said he has to charge me for chicken and steak after I told him I do not want the steak. It’s looks disgusting. I asked him why the grill was shut down an hour and a half before closing time when they clearly do not have fresh items out. Elise And Sebastian were then very rude saying that it’s corporate policy to shut the grill down that early The grill was already cleaned so they had shut it down previous to this timing. For a company that is solely based on known for having fresh ingredients please do better. It’s the principal at this.
