  Why do they asl you options on your food if they're not going to follow them. Asked for no onions, covered in onions. Took 20+ minutes to get my food. Lobby is about 78 degrees at night. I don't understand the appeal of this place.

  Super disrespectful. They also won't give you the corporate number because they don't want to get in trouble for their poor job performances.

  The absolute worst Whataburger I’ve EVER been to! Don’t waste your time like they wasted mine! Waiting 40-50 mins in their “vip” spot is ridiculous. Only for my order to come out wrong. I don’t know how they even have a 3.9 stars..

  Absolutely Unacceptable If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Waiting over 45 MINUTES for fast food is already completely ridiculous, but somehow Whataburger managed to make the experience even worse. When my food finally came out, THE ORDER WAS WRONG. After waiting nearly an hour, I had to stand there and wait another 5+ minutes for them to fix something that should have been correct the first time. At this point, calling this “fast food” feels like a joke. There was absolutely no urgency, no apology that matched the ridiculous wait, and apparently no one checking orders before handing them to customers. I could have cooked an entire meal at home, eaten it, cleaned my kitchen, and probably taken a nap in the amount of time I waited for this food. 45+ minutes. Wrong order. Additional wait. Completely unacceptable. Whataburger, if you’re going to make people wait almost an hour, the absolute bare minimum is getting the damn order right. Never again.

  I always have to wait on pickup orders at our local Whataburger (not Rockport). I was pleasantly surprised that our food was ready when the app said it would be and the order was correct!
