  Waited over 20 minutes for a chocolate shake at 8:45 pm. Comes out to me half melted!! I done going to this Sonic!!

  Got here to pick up my mobile order and probably pressed the red button 15-20 times for someone to answer and hung up on my face. This is the slowest location we’ve ever been to and the customer service sucks along with the food.

  This Sonic was so slow, I never even got to the point where I ordered food. The drive thru line is trapped between the building and a line of stalls, so once you are in line, you are committed until you get past all the stalls, which is at least 4 car lengths. I sat in line for 15 minutes before I could even move up enough to get out of line. If I go back, it will be to a stall. The drive thru was awful.

  When you order in the app and take the time to request condiments... it would be nice to get them, instead of getting to your destination and finding you have no ketchup or salsa!!!! If I could take back my tip.... I would!!!! I didn't get the service i expected.
