- ITIvan Tsougas5 days ago1.0Perhaps one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences at a Pizza Hut and at our vacation spot in Rockport. Ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks and a dessert. Pulled through the drive at the allotted time the app said food would be ready. Attendant said they were a little behind and to pull into a parking spot. No worries, we understand that happens. After waiting 15 minutes, I walked in to find my food sitting and waiting in their warmer for who knows how long. When I asked the waiter for my food, he had no answer on why they didn’t bring it out to me. Don’t rely on them for delivery or takeout. Piss poor awareness and customer service.

Jeremy has been ever so patient, he deserves a cookie on break. Will come back here for more pizza, whether it's an online order or in person.

This is the first time in 2.5 years I ordered from them hoping it had gotten better but it hasn't. Maybe I will try waiting 5 years this time to see if it gets better.

I took a quick look online and found several great deals, so placing the order was quick and easy. I was quoted a 20-30 minute delivery time, but they showed up in about half that time! The food arrived hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. No missing items, no mistakes, and no waiting around for cold pizza. Thank you Rockport Pizza Hut for making dinner easy and getting it right! 🍕👏🏽
