  It's relieving to see a pizza hut that still does it right. Coming from Cheyenne,WY before here I wouldn't even order from the pizza huts there, the pizza was always made incorrectly and not worth the price. I've ordered from this location almost a dozen times so far and the pizza is always on point. I always get stuffed crust, extra cheese. I will say whoever the week day, daytime cook is does it the best, but if I order at night it's still pretty well done. No complaints.

  Place was clean and the cashier, Jeremy, was pleasant, informative, and quick. My food was hot and good. I wish they had something in the background playing as the TVs were muted but other than that it was a great experience coming into Rockport.

  I recently had a large order for delivery! Edwardo and his team were prompt on delivery and accommodated the timeframe I needed for our event. The pizza was hot, fresh, and ready to serve on time! Edwardo kept in communication and assured me he and his team would make sure we were taken care! Kudos to him and his team at the Pizza Hut - Rockport!

  came to pizza hut for lunch and had an amazing experience .. edwardo is the best thing to happen to this place he gives great service and a smile and the food was hot and delicious ..

  DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER FROM OUR LOCAL PLACE OUR INDEPENDENTLY OWNED DOMINO'S MUCH BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE OR PICK UP A PIZZA FROM PANJOS. I'd give zero stars if possible. After ordering online, we watched the GPS tracker go to the wrong neighborhood....which also has a street named the same as ours, HOWEVER it is "DRIVE" and OURS is "STREET". We immediately called to let them know, we were told NO your order is on the way, tried explaining that the tracker was at wrong address and we were dismissed and told no they have a different order as though the tracker telling us "delivered" was incorrect info.....after waiting over 30 min- after our delivery should have happened, we called again and were treated very inappropriately by EDUARDO WHO informed us that the driver went to correct HS and no one was home. As we attempted to explained, no they did not go to correct HS he then told us we were wrong and "its your problem not mine" your order was cancelled and we will not bring it,,,,,trying to tell us that the driver was tracked by them....lol um yeah to the wrong address.....As rude as this EDUARDO was and the fact that we watched the GPS tracker go to the WRONG PLACE and tried to let them know and then was treated like a pile of poo by some dumb "hired hand" at pizza hut isn't bad enough....this pizza hut is notorious for the worst employees, customer service and honestly more times than not the food is horrible....our bad for trying to just get a quick meal tonight. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT EAT HERE OR WASTE YOUR MONEY
