  I had a very disappointing experience at the Dairy Queen in Rockport. The customer directly in front of me was charged significantly less for a dipped cone than I was charged for the same item. The only noticeable difference I observed was that the customer ahead of me was white, while my child and I are not. I can’t say why the prices were different, but the experience left me feeling concerned that we were not treated fairly. To make matters worse, I was shocked to see a description of what my child and I were wearing printed on my receipt. I found that unnecessary, inappropriate, and unsettling. Customers should not have to wonder why their clothing is being documented on a receipt. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, reviews what happened, and ensures all customers are treated consistently and respectfully. Attached are the receipts from my order and the lady who ordered right before me. The lady ordered two chocolate dipped cones and a plain cone. I ordered 3 chocolate dipped cones. On the receipt one says cone dip vs. dipped cone, can’t imagine why the difference when we ordered the same thing (minus the plain cone).

  Egregiously long wait times in a DRIVE THRU, food was fine I guess, not 20-30 minutes fine.

  Laura Perez was honestly so unprofessional, cut off my 8 yo and laughed. When I asked why she was laughing for her response was "because I can" this lady has no customer service. Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.
