  40+ minute wait times (two weeks in a row), and poorly constructed food. This location used to be great, but it’s taken a major nose dive. Quite sad, really.

  This Taco Bell has really poor service and no attention to detail. Every time I go there there is something wrong with my order nearly every time I go. I understand mistakes can happen but when it’s almost every time it becomes a problem. I have talked to many others and they have experienced the same issues. We went the other day and ordered and we were the only people in the line and there were no customers inside the building either and they didn’t even start making our order for almost fifteen minutes and we watched them through the window just standing around talking to each other so it wasn’t that they were busy with other things. Then I tried again and within a span of a week both me and my sister in law have gotten a Baja blast freeze and it tasted like there was cleaner in it and after I took a sip my mouth and throat were burning for like twenty minutes. Normally when they melt they are like an aqua blue green but this one was like a bright green color. I looked up what they normally looked like melted and it was a completely different color and I saw other people that had similar experiences with there being a cleaner or soapy type substance in their drink and it was the color that mine was so I have a feeling that means it’s due to a similar reason. When we called to let them know there might be an issue with the cleaner they told us they only cleaned it using water which we had a hard time believing because through food laws you have to sanitize it so even if they are only cleaning it with water that is still an issue. I’ve tried to give them multiple chances but this place just never gets better.

  If West is in the building I do not mind ordering my food. Any other time I order there is a mistake with my order. I do not eat meat so I am very specific about replacing it with black beans. Unfortunately everyone doesn't read the boards the same so I always end up with meat in my food. This makes me so unhappy.

  The lady taking the order was very nice helpful and attentive. The food quality is horrible. Yes this is fast food but.... the chicken taste like is has been sitting under a heat lamp it is so dry and hard. Tortilla is so stale and hard I thought they added a taco shell inside the wrap. It literally snapped off like a tortilla chip. This is not my first bad food experience here. I just thought maybe I caught a bad day the last time. But no way the cook looked at the quality of ingredients and thought it was ok to use.
