  Best McDonald's I've ever been to the food was so fresh the service was super nice I would go across the country to come back. Should definitely try if you are in the area

  Was very good service friendly and fast. Everything was the way it should. Dining room could had used a little more attention along with bathroom but far as that goes they are doing a good job

  I would love to give 5 stars to McDonalds, but the manager makes it so bad. We go here once a week, but I think I’m done now after hearing the manager yell at her employees. Last week she yelled at the employees over too much foam in my Dirty Dr Pepper! The poor kid who working the drive thru window was very kind and he felt embarrassed that I had to hear his manager yell at the employees over foam. I asked him if it was okay, he just looked in shock and said “no it’s okay we just have to measure accurately.” He thanked me for coming and sent me on my way. Today, the window at the pick up window was closed but I could hear this same manager getting onto her employees about wait times and then pretty much shoved the employee out of the way to finish the job. I have been in management myself but I would NEVER yell at my staff. I also wouldn’t treat them the way she does. She’s also VERY rude to customers, I’ve seen it first hand. She rushes to get orders out and then when they are wrong it’s like she doesn’t care. Heaven forbid if a customer has an allergy and the order gets messed up. Whoever the owner is of this McDonald’s in Robinson REALLY needs to send a secret shopper in to witness what happens here. For the record, she’s a heavier set woman with a long brown ponytail.

  Longest time I think I’ve ever spent waiting on fast food. Workers were in the back talking about how drunk and high they got the night before. Wonder why there wasn’t any customers in there…

  yall piss me off so much bro i was in drive thru for 20 minutes just for yall to say ur closed when there was 3 cars in front of me. it says open 24 HOURS on yalls website and we already placed an online order so yall just took our money.
