  Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line & no answer. When we finally decided to leave, there was 3 employees outside taking a cigarette break.

  NEVER again will i be going to McDonald's in Robinson Texas they took forever to make my order then when i asked for a refund she said she couldn't it wasn't letting her & then on top of that they forgot a whole meal of mine OMG

  The only reason we go here is bc it's local and the kids want happy meals. Ive had atleast 4 bad experiences with this particular spot. The customer service is poor. After waiting over 20 minutes for my food I shouldn't have to deal with someone else's bad attitude as well. Shoot I should be the one with the attitude. The only decent employee in there today was the older white women working the drive thru. You can tell shes the only one who knows what to do, without her that place would be more of a mess then it is. I don't even know why I'm mad it's mcdonald's it's not chick fil a, its to be expected. The fries do be hot tho 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Who in the heck is even running this circus?! I have never in my life seen such an absolute cluster! You got two kids running the entire place on a Saturday night, they can’t even explain how to fulfill one simple order and I had to demand that they unlock the doors so I could get a refund which in turn took even longer! What the hell?!
