  Your staffing issues does not give you permission to ignore your customers in the drive thru and then yell at them through the speaker when they try to get your attention. I will gladly drive across the street or down the road to be treated with respect.

  I ordered a regular cup of coffee in the drive-through, was asked to drive forward and wait. After waiting until cars pulled in and out behind me I went inside. When asked for my coffee, I was greeted by someone who argued with me about the coffee I ordered and the quality. I took a sip and the coffee was made half strength, I asked them what happened. The lady continued arguing with me that that is how they always make the coffee and I just didn’t have time to be talked to you that way so I walked out the door. No coffee, no refund. Do better.

  to day 04.26.2026 I went to Macdonald with my daughter, after her work st the hospital, I ordered ketchup for my fries,the lady told me they didn't have, it's unbelievable that this happens at a Macdonald, im never going back to that place.

  Have been going to this McDonald's for YEARS. The service is always terrible, you will have to bring back your food every single time because it is wrong or undercooked. You will be waiting 45+ minutes no matter what you order and the Management is TERRIBLE, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The kids working the drive through walk around the store while taking your order so it's completely wrong when it gets to the kitchen where half the staff only speaks Spanish. DO yourself a favor and don't stop here.
