    A friend of mine and I stopped here at 2:00 in the afternoon and had two of their barbecue chicken fried steak burgers with fries and a soda combo. We entered and there was nobody waiting in line. My friend and I placed our order together and went and found a table. Literally in less than a minute somebody came to our table with our food hot and ready! The total cost of the order was $21.31 which is not bad at all for two people these days at any restaurant. The restaurant was very quiet but it is furnished very spartanly. It feels like we are still in the 1980s. I would definitely go here again for a nice hot meal and very quick fast and friendly service without a doubt! We didn't have to wait for anything, every table in the restaurant that was empty was perfectly clean and arranged nicely with salt and pepper ketchup and napkins. For a quick bite, what else could you want? Nothing! I highly recommend you go to the Dairy Queen in Robinson the next time you get the munchies 😁

    My complaint is with the girl yesterday at the drive-thru, I placed my order for a Blizzard at the speaker and then pulled up to the window, the teenage employee opened the window and never said a word so I handed her my payment, she closed window, she returns & opens window, shoves my Blizzard out and turns it upside down, I take the Blizzard and she instantly closed window and walks away all without a hello, goodbye or any communication! I felt soooo welcome to be spending my hard earned money at this location - NOT! Her boss should tell this employee that customers are the ones paying her paycheck and she should want their return business if she likes getting paid every week! It's called COMMON MANNERS & RESPECT!

    The food was alright. We came in as a family and 2 of us had a separate ice cream order with only 2 ice creams. It was 20 mins later that we decided to confront the counter to ask for a refund as they were still not working on their ice cream. The shift leader then apologized that he was in the back and wasn’t aware of the extended wait. Money was refunded and they left. I went back to the counter to get ice cream after we finished our food. Kayla took the order and I waited for my ice cream at the front knowing the past experience and Kayla proceeded to talk about me “just standing there and staring” to another employee. Upon sitting and watching throughout the night, Kayla seems to be a big set back for the team and has caused multiple orders to be messed up, including my own. Kayla seemed to be distracted with another employee who was on break. There was only one employee who was double working and doing amazing. She basically ran the drive thru alone and took orders at the front while the other girls were just in her way. She was cleaning in down time and restocking as she should be. I did not get to catch her name but she deserves the recognition!

    Prices here are significantly higher than other locations we've stopped at. And currently we stop at DQ about 3x a week! We also ordered a dessert with lunch but asked then to please not make this early that we would come back up. They still made the dessert early and I asked them to remake it (freezing the brownie makes it difficult to cut and eat). The manager argued with me at first then grabbed it and very loudly complained to her staff about doing things they shouldn't be doing in regards to the brownie. Even after they remade it and I returned to my table, I could hear her telling her staff about it. Very loud. Very upset. What a way to make customers feel like they want to return.

    I waited over 40min for my order. Then went inside and requested a refund. Got attitude from some girl in the back and one of the cooks. Trashy and rude staff.
