Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Let me start, I was driving back home and on my way there was a Whataburger so you know I got some food and left. The food was out fast it was great! So I got home and my family got there food. So we start eating and it normal we're watching a show. Then my daughter says, I think I found a raw fry, I come over, in my daughter's hand was a raw cut fry, she was surprised and I was too, but it happened once it was fine just a mess up so we move on right. Just fine. Well a couple months pass, we go to a different one for a while. My children were requesting Whataburger and I was passing by that same one, so I got our normal order, left, got home, done. So as we're unpacking our food my daughter see's the gravy, keep in mind her favorite part is the gravy, anyways, the container of gravy is bent and beat up. She opened it... It looked like clumpy, sour cream like, and had no flavor. Well my son doesn't really eat the gravy so we check his. Same thing, bent and beat up. My daughter's kinda sad but she's okay with it. So she gets some ketchup. She fine, it taste good. Then she tries the fries, the are cold and hard, not freezing but cool. And that is why I decided to write this report, I don't know if it's just that one, I think it is but you never know. I'm not going to share the exact location but I don't think my family is going back to that one any time soon. Overall it's okay but not the best it can be. We still LOVE Whataburger but again have decided not to go back to that one.
