  The last 2 times we’ve been in the morning the lights are off and no one is inside despite them being “open”. The last time I went mid afternoon, ordered 2 drinks, and was there over 15 mins and had to hit the button again to make sure they hadn’t forgotten about us, there were only 2 other cars there with us. This place has gone down hill, bad.

  Took 20 minutes after the app said my food would be ready (I ordered ahead so it would be ready) on my 30 minute lunch. Said no staff showed up (sure, right) while I could see her playing on her phone through the window and they need to fix the buttons on their kiosks because all I could do was sit there and wait for 20 minutes.

  We came here at 8:30 Sunday morning for breakfast after placing a mobile order. We were waiting ~15 minutes and tried to press the red button but then noticed the lights were off and it looked like no one was inside. Cars started leaving before getting any food. We watched the employee turn the lights on finally but it was too late- so sad :(
